Ordering as early as possible is the best way to ensure you will get what you need. Even if you are unsure of your exact travel dates, book your equipment and we can update your dates. Whenever traveling during the holiday or summer months try booking several weeks ahead as those are the busiest times. During non-holiday or non-summer months one to two weeks' notice is sufficient. We will always try to accommodate last-minute orders but can’t guarantee availability or same-day delivery.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Yes. The minimum order amount starts at $50 and depends on your destination. You may still place an order that falls below the minimum amount, but you will be charged the appropriate amount to bring the order total to $50.
Yes. You can pick up your equipment at our location in NJ. Once you place an order for self-pick, we will send you our pick-up address.
Yes. If you need to make changes to your order, please log into your account and from there you will be able to make any necessary changes. You will be able to add or remove items, change dates, delivery/ pick up times, and addresses. You will receive an order change confirmation via email. If there is an issue with availability, we will contact you. We will always try to accommodate last-minute orders but can’t guarantee availability or same-day delivery.
WHEN DOES MY RENTAL TERM BEGIN AND END?
Your rental term will begin on the day of delivery and end on your last day of use.
We deliver between 9am and 9pm. There is generally a 2 - 4-hour time window needed for all deliveries and pickups. If we are delayed with your delivery or pickup, we will notify you. If you need your items before 9am, we will deliver them the night before at no extra charge.
Delivery rates vary based on the distance traveled to your destination. All rates include both delivery and pickup.
Yes. Your items can be picked up from a different location than where they were dropped off. The pickup area must be within the coverage zone and additional fees may apply depending on distance.
Yes. Service can be provided at cell phone waiting areas. Please let us know if your flight is delayed by calling or texting us at 862-774-3076.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND SAFE?
Safety is a primary concern when renting baby equipment. All Products are up-to-date and meet all the current federal safety standards. Products are checked after use and replaced as needed with a focus on the changing baby industry. All equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized using non-toxic products before delivery.
DO YOU ASSEMBLE THE CRIBS?
The cribs we use are folding cribs. They simply unfold and there is a latch to lock them in place. There is no hardware or assembly required.
Sorry, but we do not install car seats. Information on installing car seats is posted on the car seats themselves. Local fire stations can also install car seats.
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES/ LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately, we cannot insure any rental equipment against damage, theft, or loss. With the exception of highchairs, it is highly recommended that no food or leaky bottles be given to children while using the equipment. Products must be returned in the condition received or a fee to be assessed at the time of return will apply to the credit card on file. The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair, or replacement will apply to the credit card on file.
It is understood that travel plans can change. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order amount. There are no refunds on early returns.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
LTM Baby and Mobility Rentals recommends that no foods or liquids or creams (such as sunscreen) that can stain products/fabrics be used with rented equipment. This is a great way to avoid any extra cleaning or replacement fees.
